We offer 28-passenger minibuses in a range of colors including black, white, silver, grey, blue, red, navy, and yellow. Custom wraps are available for corporate branding, sports teams, or special events—just provide your artwork and we’ll handle the rest. If you have a specific color preference to match wedding decor or company branding, let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Standard amenities include reclining seats with armrests, powerful front and rear HVAC, overhead parcel racks, individual LED reading lights, PA system with microphone, dual USB ports at each row, free onboard WiFi, Bluetooth-capable sound system, tinted windows, and either rear luggage wall or underfloor storage bays. Many models also feature 110V outlets, flat-screen monitors with DVD player, and extra-wide aisles for easy movement. Optional upgrades include leatherette upholstery, additional video screens, or custom branding.

Pricing is based on duration, distance, exact pickup location, and time of year. Busy seasons and last-minute bookings may cost more. Per Hour is $150 – $450+, per day is $1,610 – $3,465, per mile is $4.00 – $9.95

Our 28-passenger minibus sits right in the middle of our fleet lineup—it’s larger and more spacious than our 18- and 24-passenger models, offering more legroom, wider aisles, and greater luggage capacity, but it’s still significantly smaller, lighter, and more maneuverable than a full-size 56-passenger motorcoach. This makes it ideal for midsize groups who want many of the same amenities as a larger bus—such as reclining seats, overhead storage, and strong climate control—without the higher cost or logistical challenges of operating a 45-foot vehicle. Unlike our smaller minibuses, the 28-passenger model can accommodate larger coolers, musical instruments, or athletic gear, while still being able to access locations with tight turns, low bridges, or limited parking.

We recommend booking your 28-passenger minibus at least three to six months in advance, especially if your trip falls during peak travel times such as spring break, summer vacation, or major local events like the Maple Grove Days festival or high school graduation season. Availability can become extremely limited during these periods, and reserving early ensures you get the exact vehicle and amenities you want at the best possible rate. Last-minute bookings are possible if we have open inventory, but selection may be restricted and prices could be higher due to increased demand. Once you have your itinerary set, securing your bus early is the best way to lock in both availability and pricing.

A 28-passenger minibus can accommodate approximately 20 to 30 standard-size suitcases, plus additional smaller bags or personal items. Each vehicle is equipped with either a rear luggage compartment or underfloor storage bays that provide ample space for checked baggage, while overhead racks inside the cabin are perfect for backpacks, briefcases, or carry-on totes. This capacity is sufficient for most overnight trips, airport transfers, or group tours; however, if your passengers will be bringing unusually large or bulky items—such as musical instruments, sports equipment, or trade show displays—please inform us in advance so we can allocate extra storage space or recommend a larger vehicle. Efficient packing and clear communication about luggage needs will ensure a comfortable ride for everyone on board.
