We offer sprinter vans in a variety of colors to suit any occasion or preference, including standard options like black, white, silver, and grey, as well as less common choices such as blue, green, red, and navy. If you’re booking a corporate shuttle or executive transport, black and white are the most popular for their professional appearance and ability to blend in with formal events. For branding purposes or special events, custom wraps and graphics can be arranged to display company logos, team colors, or promotional messages. Whatever your color preference, we’ll do our best to match it with an available vehicle in our fleet.

Standard amenities on our sprinter vans include forward-facing bench or captain’s chair seating, strong air conditioning and heating, USB ports for device charging, Bluetooth-capable sound system, PA microphone, tinted windows, and interior LED lighting. Most models feature either cloth or vinyl upholstery, non-slip flooring, and ample headroom for passengers to stand and move comfortably. Additional amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV monitors, and rear luggage partitions are available on select vehicles.

Renting a sprinter van typically costs between $150–$430+ per hour, $1,520–$3,255 per day, or $4.00–$7.95 per mile, with final pricing determined by the total length of the trip, pickup and drop-off locations, and time of year. Additional charges may apply for trips that require overnight stays (to cover the driver’s hotel room), tolls, parking fees at venues, or extended mileage beyond the base package. Because sprinter vans are in high demand year-round for everything from airport transfers to wedding shuttles, rates tend to be higher during peak seasons such as summer weekends or major event dates. The best way to get an accurate quote is to provide your full itinerary—including all stops and timing—so we can calculate the exact cost based on current availability.

Sprinter vans are the smallest and most maneuverable option in our fleet, offering seating for up to 15 passengers in a single, open cabin. Unlike larger minibuses or full-size charter buses, sprinters do not have a center aisle or separate entry door—passengers enter through the main sliding door and take any available seat. While they lack some of the amenities found on bigger coaches (such as restrooms or overhead parcel racks), sprinters are ideal for short-distance trips, tight urban environments, and groups that prioritize affordability and flexibility over luxury features.

They are also significantly less expensive to rent than a full-size bus, making them a great choice for small teams, family outings, or budget-conscious travelers.

It’s best to book your sprinter van at least three to six months in advance, especially if your trip falls during a busy season or coincides with major events in Maple Grove like summer festivals, wedding season, or local sports tournaments. Availability is limited year-round, and vehicles are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
